All products sold by BestScripts LLC are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Once a product is delivered, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be returned or refunded (see Return Policy).

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device (e.g., Cronus Zen) and game are compatible with our scripts before purchasing.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, outdated firmware, or user error.
### 5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
* Specific in-game performance
* Compatibility with future game updates
* That our products will remain undetectable or usable indefinitely
Use of our products is at your own risk.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
BestScripts LLC is not liable for:
* Any in-game bans, suspensions, or penalties
* Loss of accounts, progress, or data
* Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products
### 7. Payments
All payments are processed securely. By purchasing, you agree that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent bans from our services.
### 8. Support
We offer customer support via Discord. While we aim to respond quickly, response times are not guaranteed.
### 9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
